Complimentary & Supplementary Packs (NCKCN & CTC Members):

North Central Kansas Community Network & Cunningham Telephone & Cable member email accounts are all under the NCKCN domain (example: username@nckcn.com). Members of either organization receive up to 5 free email accounts. To become a member of either organization, one needs to have services installed and active either at their household or at their place of business. If you are not the primary account holder, you will need to get in touch with the individual who is, either for your home or your business to see if you may receive an NCKCN email account before activation. If you are not the primary account holder and you send us a request to create/activate a new NCKCN email address, NCKCN will contact the primary account holder for verification purposes. Services to receive 5 free email accounts include:

• Any pack listed for NCKCN's High-Speed Fixed Wireless Internet service

• Any package listed for CTC's Cable service

• Any package listed for CTC's Internet service

• Any package listed for CTC's Fiber to the Home service

Please note that NCKCN does not activate your free email account(s) until you request it. To activate each email account, simply click/tap the Activate account button above within the Complimentary Pack box and then fill out the form as instructed. A NCKCN staff member will create and activate your account upon receiving the request within 2 hours during normal business hours. If requested after hours, over the weekend, or over the holiday break(s), your email account will be created and activated on the next normal business day. Once your email account has been activated, you will receive either an email to your new email account, your existing NCKCN email account, other email account, or you may receive a phone call informing you that the account has been activated. Upon receiving this confirmation email and/or phone call, you may begin using your new email account immediately and NCKCN, along with their partner CTC, hope you enjoy this free service.

If members are needing more than the 5 free email accounts provided to them, they may do so by signing up for NCKCN's Supplementary Pack. NCKCN's Supplementary pack includes an additional block of 5 email accounts for the price listed above. NCKCN does not dish out single email accounts, rather they come in blocks of 5. So, for example, if all you need for the time being is 1 additional email account, you will have a total of 4 more you can activate at a later date. NCKCN's Supplementary pack is offered to NCKCN & CTC members only.
