**Please provide the email address's username of which you are wanting to change here. The username is the first part of the email address - it is before the "@" symbol. (Example: username@nckcn.com).

**Usernames may be a mixture of either all lowercase letters, numbers or both. Any capital letters, spaces, and/or special characters will not work. Usernames must be at least 3 characters long. Also, for security reasons, Usernames and Passwords must never be the same or similar enough that they can be guessed at like a username of "jsmith" and a password of "smith". Note as well that if the username you have requested here is already in use, NCKCN will notify you via the email address you provided above on this form. Once your username has been changed/updated, you will need to update your email client (such as: outlook, windows live mail, thunderbird, etc.) from your old username to your new username. If you use NCKCN's webmail website (https://webmail.nckcn.com/) instead of an email client, you will need to login with your new username rather than your old username. However, prior to doing so, NCKCN recommends to wait until you receive a confirmation email.
